At Relaxo Footwears Limited, we strive to ensure your comfort with every step, offering a hassle-free 15-day return policy for all unworn and original-packaged footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Relaxo account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return ID.

• 2.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unused shoes back into their original brand box along with all tags, invoices, and accessories to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the physical or digital acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
